Originally from Israel, Rafael immigrated to America to pursue his dreams of entrepreneurship and philanthropy. Through years of dedication and perseverance, Rafael founded Rafael Management - an acquisition, development, and management company which holds over 50 commercial and residential properties spanning from the tri-state area to Israel. When time permits, Rafael focuses on The Levy Foundation - a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization he created to help bring Judaism to those in need.

As President of Rafael Management Jonathan is responsible for developments and acquisitions. Jonathan specializes in luxury new-construction buildings, allowing him to use his expertise in developmental detail to create fine living establishments for those who seek them. In his free time Jonathan is a dedicated family man who enjoys nothing more than being able to spend time with his wife and children.

David is a dynamic professional specializing in leasing and acquisitions. With a keen eye for lucrative opportunities, he navigates the real estate landscape with precision. David's strategic approach and negotiation skills make him an asset in securing prime properties.

Leasing comes as first-nature to Joseph, as he is fluent in negotiations and salesmanship. From resident to commercial-industrial properties, Joseph is experienced in creating agreements for any and all types of leasable spaces. In addition to his love for leasing, Joseph is an avid deal-hunter who is constantly looking for properties with strong returns and maximum potential.

Having negotiated his first real estate purchase at 16 years old, Ariel is adept at both real estate valuations and negotiations. During his employment at Rafael Management, Ariel has successfully secured the purchase of 7 properties, all of which have greatly exceeded market returns. In his free time, Ariel is a manager for over 10 NBA players, and is the youngest ever to represent a player at the age of 18 - his first client being Michael Beasley, an NBA veteran.

As the underwriter, Michael is responsible for calculating the risk and profitability of the investments made. Aside from Rafael Management, Michael has ran multiple successful programming companies by leveraging his expertise in Computer Science.

With over a decade of experience in Property Management, Silvia is a professional who seeks to embetter the comfort of all the tenants she manages. Whether residential or commercial, she uses her logistical experience to ensure a seamless experience.

Monica is an energetic and passionate professional who brings over 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience to the team. She has a wide range of accounting experience, enabling her to provide relevant and timely advice and assistance with internal accounting, periodic reporting, forecasting, and investments.

Having a background in technology, Omid enjoys streamlining tools to provide maximum efficiency for the office and company. Since joining, his goal has been to improve both the culture and tools in order to foster an environment which results in both satisfaction for our clients, as well as comfort for the employees. In his free time, Omid enjoys contributing to open source software projects, as well as studying new and exciting programming languages / frameworks.
